Carlo Chialastri is an Atlanta immigration attorney with Pozo Goldstein, LLP. He received his legal education from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he had the opportunity to travel to Australia and New Zealand to participate in immigration and international law programs. In addition, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami, where he received a well rounded education in literature, photography, chemistry, and biology.
Carlo is passionate about helping foreign nationals and families create a better life here in the U.S. As the son of two foreign nationals himself, he understands the importance of quality legal advocacy. His area of expertise covers a wide range of immigration related cases, including assisting individuals and families with civil and criminal matters, obtaining nonimmigrant visas, immigration based on employment, and litigation. He is fluent in Spanish and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, as well as the U.S. Southern District of Florida.
