Attorney Marcela Gyires has a wide range of personal and professional experience, which she uses when fighting for the rights of her clients. At the age of 15, Attorney Gyires became a lawful permanent resident of the United States after being raised in Mexico majority of her childhood. Her family’s decision to move to America was based on their desires to achieve promising futures. Due to her personal experiences, Attorney Gyires is sympathetic towards her clients and provides aggressive representation on behalf of all of her clients. While she has a wide range of experience in various areas of law, she focuses her practice on immigration, family, civil, and family law matters.
Attorney Gyires pursued a higher education from The University of Texas at Austin, where she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Government while double minoring in Portuguese and Spanish. Upon completion, Attorney Gyires attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. She graduated magna cum laude. During her time in law school, she served as a student attorney at the university’s immigration clinic.
Currently, she is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Texas Bar, the United State Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
